Eco-village producers tents, food & bar open at 9am and closes at 10pm.
General admission tickets give you access to the producer exhibition tent, all the concerts set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Alpine Nature Experience Eco-Village where you can also purchase food cooked with local produce by our onsite chef, exciting wines, beers and soft drink form the bar!

an overview of current food systems including the ‘industrial’ system and other more localised approaches. Some discussion on the history of the food system in Australia and how we got to where we are now.

12pm – Masterclass: How to make Gravlax

Join us for an overview on the incredible diversity in soil, then how the current food system manages soil, how plant health is impacted by current conventional soil management for food production and how this impacts human health, then explore alternatives for working with soil in food production to optimise soil health and thus human health.

Edible Alchemy
Learn the basics to safely preserve your harvest through the fun of fermentation.

Alpine Chef Scotty Dando & Farm to Fork Producers
A fusion of local produce to cap off a wonderful weekend. The best in dairy, meat and veg combined with some crusty bread. Communal style with some creative matching from local chef Scotty Dando of Wyndham Resorts fame joined by master butcher Will Hood from Farm to Fork Butchery in Mt Beauty with some fresh smoked delights.
